Have you ever wondered how much you need to write before being considered a writer?

It's an interesting, debatable question.

Writing is taught at an early age as a form of communication. Along with reading, it is an essential life skill.

Besides stimulating the mind, writing is a catalyst for:

  • Knowledge preservation
  • Personal expression and growth
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Social and political change

It is a significant life component.

However, many people do not like it. They struggle to express their thoughts; they cannot create characters and plots or build images and visions with written words. To them, writing is the devil's task.

Some people have reading and writing disabilities, while many are wired for other things such as math, music, or physics.

Those who enjoy and are passionate about the craft tend to be more focused. They can quickly produce 1000-word essays. They have written or are writing books, contribute to newsletters and blogs, and enter writing competitions. English class was their favorite…
