JUST Brings Plant-Based Eggs-perience to San Franciscans

From coast to coast, we’ve spent the last couple months showcasing our award-winning JUST Egg and decided there was no better place to cap off our springtime tour than in our own backyard in the Bay Area.

For two weeks, we delighted neighbors and made thousands of new friends during fun and tasty activations in Hayes Valley, the Mission, Downtown San Francisco and at the popular craft, art and design show West Coast Craft. Locals enjoyed JUST Egg bites from our branded food truck and our “bike brigade,” which was on the move, sharing samples at each stop.

In conjunction with the final leg of the tour, we also hosted a series of build-your-own omelet bars, surprising office-workers at WeWork and other businesses around town with chef demos and hearty breakfasts.

Finally, we announced that JUST Egg is available on the menu at iconic café bakery La Boulangerie de San Francisco locations citywide. Diners can enjoy a delicious JUST Egg wrap with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, marinated tomatoes and a side of Middle Eastern style tomato sauce — or substitute JUST Egg in a range of other dishes.

In addition to La Boulangerie, JUST Egg is served at a growing number of San Francisco area restaurants including Next Level Burger, Wooden Spoon, West of Pecos, Zazie, Nourish Café, Vegan Picnic and more. The product is available locally at Whole Foods, Safeway, Mollie Stone’s, Sprouts Farmers Markets, Nugget Markets, Lucky, Save Mart, Rainbow Grocery and elsewhere.
