How America Can Breed Out Racism in Four Generations

After watching 75 million people vote for Donald Trump I am reminded: supremacy is a learned behavior. A learned behavior. If we use the momentum of the Black Lives Matter campaign, and the shock of George Floyd’s murder, I think we could breed out racism in less than four generations.

I know it's crazy, but what an exciting idea eh?!

Chappelle was right, white supremacists used to love masks! Now half the country believes in helping humanity and the other half believes in their exclusive freedoms.

As I watched the vote count go up, Biden and Donald gaining neck and neck, I realized what she meant when Angela Davis said it wasn’t enough to not be racist, you have to be anti-racist. To be actively anti-racist means to breed out elitist traits in your children and your community.

You have to defend someone being attacked by a Karen. You have to be willing to hear hard things, process them, and hold yourself accountable. Being anti-racist means bringing external consultants into your workplace. Don’t ask Blacks & minorities in your office to take on the additional work of diversity, inclusion, equality, and anti-racism on top of their daily tasks.
