What makes everyday worth it!
What makes waking up in the morning worth being pumped about? I have a ton to be thankful for. A wife, 3 great kids. I am more then blessed for sure. They keep me motivated on so many levels. But we all need to have something that drives us, something fun and exciting to keep your mind on point.
Lately for me, that has been work! Yes, believe it or not work has kept me so pumped and driven! It’s not what I do day to day that makes it. It’s the that fact I get to make people lives change on a bigger level. Plus I don’t know if you know but small business is the cats meow. All kidding aside its been one of the best things I have done in my life. I get the chance to problem solve and really use my talents.
Now you may ask yourself what makes this different then any other place of employment. I’ll tell you, the people. Yeah, it is that simple! The people I get to work with make it great. So many people get hung up on the task and not the people that are around that task. Doing FM work is not meant to be fun. But if you add an awesome office, epic boss, and freedom to work the way you want, you get and great job. When you are happy to go to work everyday, you tend to be happy overall. That my friends is we’re my motivation comes from!
