Story of Eduard who slept on the second day of his internship

Falling asleep during your second day on the job is certainly up there and that’s what recently happened to one intern at a company whose story went viral online after he posted about it on Reddit.
His co-workers snapped photos and videos with the sleeping intern and posted to the company’s facebook page.
He posted that photo to Reddit’s “Today I Fucked Up” subreddit, and soon it made its way to the site’s PhotoshopBattles section.

Eduard Paraschivescu has been undergoing training at a company called Gsoft that afternoon. He has a slight anaemia, so when he felt tired, he leant back in his chair and about 20 minutes later he realised he’d dozed off.

“It doesn’t really bother me — I’m not naked, I’m not getting shamed,” he said. “I’m just surrounded by amazing people who are having a blast!”
As for whether or not the photos will have a negative effect on his career, Paraschivescu said he’s not too worried.

“In all honesty, I have my reputation for leaning back on,” he said. “I’m the president of a student society, I’m a good software architect, I’m known for many other things than sleeping — and hey, if it’s funny, it’s worth sharing.”
