Bylyngo — UX/UI Case Study

Established in 2002, Bylyngo is revolutionizing the interpreting industry. We are a trusted by individuals and businesses across industries worldwide. Bylyngo uses the latest technology to help people connect with language professionals in any language.

Therefore, they needed an identity and a new platform, since the old one was very old and very hard to use.

Because of the expansion they needed a letter mark which they would be recognized for.

The Platform

Diving in to their website and their platform, we discovered that they had features that were not being used, hidden features that might be useful and so on.

The website needed to be straight forward, but the platform needed to be very intuitive.

The Platform

White their platform was pretty complicated, and hence very hard to use. We tried to simplify the process.

The main goal was to automate the process of assigning an interpreter with the user.

While Bylyngo was ready to hire administrators who would do this manually, we developed a system that would do the following:

1.Get a request from the user
2.Assign a free interpreter based on date and time they would set up when registering(checking current tasks) > they’d get a notification(either accepting or declining the offer).
3.Generating a link for the video session
5.On-close the minutes calculated would return to their account.

A useful solution that would not only increase response time but would also allow the interpreters to manage their own schedule.

That’s what finished our project, and it was a great experience.
