07/20/18: Revamped Help Center and Redesigned Vendor View

help (v.), from Old English helpan (v.) “to support, benefit, do good.” This week we’ve done two new things to support, benefit, and do good for our customers.

Fresh Help Center

To better guide people to the information they need, we’ve made some great updates to our Help Center. Information is now categorized by our two main types of users, employers and employees. We’ve also added a “Featured articles” section to surface the most useful and topical help content (e.g., W2 information around tax time). Aside from the new functionality, our designers have made a cleaner Help Center to make finding and viewing content clear and easy.

Redesign of Vendor View

For admins at companies that pay their vendors through Justworks, it’s now way easier to see your vendors! The new view shows the details of your vendor and any relevant documents, like 1099s. The new page is now consistent with the styling of our employee and contractor views.
