We’ve added additional sick leave information to employee paystubs
Hello and welcome to Changelog, your weekly roundup of everything new in Justworks. This week, we updated employee paystubs to include additional information about accrual-based sick leave policies assigned to employees.
Employees who are assigned an accrual-based sick leave policy will now see the amount of sick leave accrued and used during the pay period on their paystub in Justworks as well as in the ‘Payment Notes’ section of the paystub if downloaded.
This change fulfills new amendments to New York City’s Paid Safe and Sick Leave Law, so you can rest assured your New York City employees assigned an accrual-based sick leave policy receive the information they need. Please note, this information will appear on all employee paystubs even if the employee does not work in New York City.
