QuickBooks Online Integration Enhanced

One of our most commonly requested features is now live in Justworks! You can now send mapped invoices directly to your general ledger in QuickBooks Online with increased granularity, eliminating the headache of manually coding your journal entries. Using our enhanced QuickBooks Online integration you can:

• Map your Chart of Accounts by Justworks departments
• Map different types of supplemental pay (commission, bonus, severance, etc.)
• Map pay types to any sub-account in your Chart of Accounts

To get started with the new enhancements in Justworks, click “Invoices” under the “Payments” header > “Accounting Integrations” > “Connect to QuickBooks Online.”

Flexible Savings Account (FSA) Renewal & Enrollment

Monday December 2, 2019 — Wednesday December 11, 2019

FSA renewal and enrollment is live in Justworks for eligible employees at companies offering FSAs until Wednesday December 11, 2019 for the 2020 calendar year. To enroll, eligible employees can click “Benefits” under the “You” header > “Get Started” in the “Healthcare FSA or HSA” box. If employees are enrolled in an FSA for 2019, they must actively elect a contribution amount for 2020 if they would like to keep their FSA for 2020.

👋Remember, employees enrolled or eligible to enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) can enroll at anytime and adjust contribution amounts any given month.
