From our team to yours, we hope you’re all doing well amidst COVID-19. There’s a lot of uncertainty right now, but we’re here to help you navigate these waters. This week we have a number of updates to share with you relating to COVID-19 and a few updates to help you continue to run your business as smoothly as possible.
COVID-19 Updates and Resources
We’re hard at work to provide you and your team trustworthy tools and resources to navigate COVID-19. First, we’ve added an emergency contact field in our “Company census” report to quickly access critical employee information. Admins with “View invoices & reporting” permissions can access this report by clicking “Reports” under the “Company” header > “Company census.”

Payroll Updates
In addition to our efforts to help you and your team through this time, we’re also pushing forward our tools and features in Justworks. Here are two updates to our payroll reporting that will make it easier for you to track and analyze payments:
- New payroll report filter — We’ve added the ability to filter by pay frequency (semimonthly, biweekly, and weekly) in the payroll report. This filter will allow you to quickly access payroll information for each pay frequency at your company separately.
- New supplemental pay type and notes invoice column — Now when you download your .csv invoices from Justworks, you’ll see the pay type associated with supplemental payments (bonuses, commission, retroactive pay, etc.) and any notes you made for the payment.
Training Updates
We’ve updated the Connecticut compliance training provided by EVERFI in Justworks. Don’t worry, if you have employees in Connecticut, we’ll be sending you an email with everything you need to know.
