Benefits

• The open enrollment flow for Metlife Dental policies now notifies employees being offered MetLife that prices might fluctuate if they move locations.
• All Dental and Vision plan names are visible in-app under Benefits now for employees and employers, making it easier to schedule appointments with your providers.

HR Tools

• The company calendar now says “Holiday Name (Observed)” for holidays observed on days different to their calendar dates due to a weekend (i.e, Christmas 12/25 is observed 12/26 this year)
• Census report now has full name, home email, fixed phone number formatting and the ability to sort by name.

Payments

• NY Record of Employment form is now uploaded automatically to the employee Document Center
• Missouri tax exemption status can be changed by emailing your Account Manager
• The Overtime Rule Resources Center regarding the upcoming changes to the FLSA has launched for employers at secure.justworks.com/flsa
• Support is now available completely in-app for employers terminating employees in California, where the employee has not yet been paid
• The following new pretax manual deduction types are available: Disability; FSA Healthcare; FSA Dependent Care; HSA; 457
