Enter the new 401K enrollment page for employees where we show employees the path to financial security… There, everyone can now sign up for their 401k on Slavic directly. If your company matches contributions, we calculate and display the exact number and employee should defer per paycheck to maximize that benefit.

Upgraded Update Compensation Flow
Sometimes we do things because we have to, sometimes because we want to. We had to allow admins to record exemption status changes when altering someone’s compensation, but we wanted to make the whole experience better for you.

To complement our new employee and contractor view that we recently launched, we’ve streamlined the way you can make changes to your employees’ compensation and exemption status in Justworks. We spruced up the whole experience and added a lot more helpful text to explain what each option means. Next time you give someone a raise, you’ll want to (p)raise us.
