12/5/16: Company entity type and new I-9s

Welcome to December! We’re working to help you get ready for the end of the year so you can focus on the fun stuff, like planning your office holiday party. This week, we hosted a webinar about how we will help our customers wrap up 2016. You can find a recording of the webinar and a bunch of other helpful info on our End of Year Resources Center. Payments

• We’ve built a pop up that prompts you (admins) to confirm your company entity type when you log in. We need this info for tax filing so that pesky pop-up will keep appearing until we get it!

HR Tools

• There’s a new I-9 form that everyone will have to start using in January 2017 (this is a government thing, not a Justworks thing) so we’ve built the new form into our I-9 flow.

As part of our end of year effort, we’ve also been working to improve our internal tools. This allows us to support more customers as we grow, and doubles as a Christmas gift to our Customer Success and Operations teams!
