This week, two important HR updates for you and your employees!

• We’ve changed the term “gender” to “sex” when employees onboard and in their settings page, because gender isn’t binary and this information is closer to what we actually need. You may still see the term “gender” in other places when using Justworks because of requirements from our partners. Additionally, admins will no longer be able to see the sex that any of their employees have selected in Justworks.
• If you’re a manager, approving paid time off (PTO) requests can be a pain. So we’ve made the approval process way easier — you don’t even have to login to Justworks! Set your people free with literally the click of a button. If a report requests PTO, you’ll receive a jazzy email, like the one below that will let you approve (or deny) directly from your inbox. Yes.
