5/29/17: Now you can add interns to Justworks!

The classic line interns hear all summer long. ’Tis the season, and we’ve made some changes to get you ready for the band of hard-working, eager-to-learn interns that are probably knocking at your proverbial office door right now. We’ve also added a human face to the app. Literally.

HR Tools: Summer. That means long walks on beaches, popsicle stained t-shirts, hot dogs at the ballpark, and a monumental intern program! To make onboarding your interns the breeze you’ll be wishing for as soon as the hot weather kicks in, we’ve added a new member type specifically for paid interns, “Employee — Paid Intern (W-2)”. Some important details: paid interns in Justworks will be non-exempt hourly employees, and are not eligible to sign up for benefits or perks.

Help: 🎶 Help! I just need somebody. Help! Not just anybody. 🎶 How about specifically your Account Manager? We’ve put their contact details (and their fancy faces) right there for you to see when you’re using Justworks. And for those days that you just don’t feel like talking to a person, we’ve made it easier to find the resources you need to navigate Justworks and get answers to your HR questions. Also, click on the concierge bell. Just do it.
