Smarter, better insurance plan selections for all of your employees. So… health insurance is a complicated subject. Add local, state, and federal laws to the mix and of course it just gets easier. Just kidding. But we like things to be easy so now we use home zip codes to work out what health insurance plans we offer you and your employees to make sure they have the best coverage near where they live. Those 90210 kids knew what was up.

Where’s my manager? Remember that time a manager left your company and you forgot to give all their direct reports a new manager? We’ve got a solution. Now, when a manager’s termination date rolls around, we automatically move all of their direct reports to the manager’s manager. This way, PTO requests, birthdays, and other employee-related matters don’t get lost. If the manager doesn’t have a manager (think CEO), the direct reports are not assigned a manager.
Design
Do you like the color purple? We’ve changed the color of our notification bar from grey to purple. Why? Because we LOVE the color purple. But also so you can see it better. So even if you missed Cynthia Erivo on Broadway (shame on you), you won’t miss any important Justworks notifications. We’ll be taking our bow now.
