Workspace Url Blocked on Laptop

K2 have 2 applications for mobile. K2 Mobile for K2 4.7 and below. K2 Workspace for K2 5.0 and above.
When we use K2 Five and try to access workspace url with mobile’s browser, K2 will display blocked message and tell user to download K2 workspace application.
Issue
We found issue in some environments. If we open workspace url using mobile’s browser, then we’ll see same blocked message when we access workspace url using same user account in laptop.
Solution
Followed instruction below (tested in K2 5.2, K2 5.3)
- Backup K2 SmartForms runtime’s web.config
- Search for tag <add name=”RT Profile” under <caching>
- Add Browser in varyByCustom
- Save web.config
- Perform iisreset
Then we can access workspace url with laptop as normal.
