If the world shifted ever so slightly relative to the sun, you would not exist today. In other words, if the world was closer to the sun, the climate would be too hot for human survival, and if it was further from the sun, the climate would be too cold for human survival. Balance is everything, even for human survival.

As with all things, you have to find YOUR balance. Everyone has a different level of balance among the things they do, and it is unique in the way it plays out in each and everyone’s lives. If you drink too little water, you will dehydrate, and if you drink too much, you will face over-hydration (yes that is a thing!).

Work functions in the same way. If you don’t put in the hustle, then you can’t expect much from life, but if you over-work your body physically, then you won’t be able to operate in an efficient manner and probably achieve less than what you could have with a well-rested body.

Health. Wealth. Hustle. These are the 3 main things that need to be balanced, and if any one goes tipping off the scale, then it disrupts life and pushes you in a position to achieve and work less towards what your niche is (refer to March Motivation #9 to find your niche). Health is crucial when you want to make sure you can physically and mentally operate in a manner which is productive. We have all been in a position in which we are really sick, and it doesn’t matter what the task at hand may be from exams to assignments to labs, we carry out the work with the least amount of effort because our health holds us back. Wealth in great quantity can be dangerous for many people, and one must know how to manage money well. The balance comes when you manage and utilize your wealth for the right causes. On the other hand, not having any wealth will yield to poverty and will leave you vulnerable to surviving in the world. Hustling also needs to be monitored and checked. Over hustling, and I know what your thinking about stopping the hustle coming from a person like me, but, in fact, you can have too much hustle in a particular subject manner. Switching up the hustle from one task with one focus to another focus is important. Dynamics play a key role in accomplishing more in the time you have in this life. This way you will live life in balance.

Manage health, wealth, and hustle all in balance.
