KABY ARENA NFT STAKING CAMPAIGN

We’re pleased to announce our NFT Staking Campaign launching at 10 AM UTC, October 7th. Users engaging in this campaign can earn a well-deserved return for their efforts!

1. What is the campaign about?

For the sake of Kaby Arena’s early supporters, we enable you to earn EXP and $KABY rewards by staking NFT heroes and KABY tokens.

EXP points are used to level up heroes, so this is a golden opportunity for you to get ahead of others before the game comes out (in early November)!

a. How long does the campaign last?

To avoid conflicts about EXP points, we will close the NFT staking campaign around the end of October, before the official game releases.

b. Details on staking reward

Through this campaign, you will get 5% APR yield for your staked amount of KABY tokens.

The EXP you earn can be calculated according to the following formula:

c. Formula for calculating EXP of each level

• lvl 1 = 100 EXP
• lvl 2 — lvl 20: lvl x = EXP lvl (x — 1) * 1.2
• lvl 21 — lvl 30: lvl x = EXP lvl (x — 1) * 1.16
• lvl 31 — lvl 40: lvl x = EXP lvl (x — 1) * 1.12
• lvl 41 — lvl 70: lvl x = EXP lvl (x — 1) * 1.08
• lvl 71 — lvl 90: lvl x = EXP lvl (x — 1) * 1.04

For example:

• lvl 2: 100 * 1.2 = 120 EXP
• lvl 3: 120 * 1.2 =144 EXP

You can refer to this sheet for the total Exp needed to reach max level of a star. You can also clone it to your drive and replace with your own input in the Staking EXP calculator sheet to estimate the needed staking amount.

2. Regarding hero upgrades

• The max level of an n-star Hero is n * 10. After maxing out the level, EXP earned through staking still remains but the level won’t increase anymore unless you upgrade stars.
• After upgrading to the next star, heroes will increase base stats and unlock new skill levels. Later, you must use a skill book to level up the skill.

*Note: Base stats are the stats at level 1.

• Upgrading the star will reset hero to level 1 and increase the max level for hero.
• You need to use KABY to upgrade the star.

a. How much does it cost to upgrade stars?

The amount of KABY you need to pay for upgrading stars is presented in the figure below:

Disclaimer: The cost may change to match the game at any time in the future.

Combining the two aforementioned formulas and the cost, you can calculate the exact amount of KABY and time needed to reach your level goal!

b. Some remarkable points:

• During the beta game (starting on October 15), players can freely use the staked NFT heroes to experience the game. Basically, the heroes are still in your wallet, so you can play and level up when staking simultaneously.
• Staked heroes can still be traded on the marketplace. However, note that EXP points you earn through your staking period will go along with your sold hero to the new owner.
• You can still stake for others’ heroes to earn KABY, and increase EXP points for that hero as well.
• Staking more and unstaking are available anytime without a lock-up period.
