iPlan W4: SALD website?

This week I worked on market research by designing a survey that directly addresses what students know about the functions of SALD and finding funding at Wesleyan. I interviewed a couple of students and asked my fellow team members to pass out the survey to other students. I also had a brief conversation with my client about what she had in mind when she chose to work with us. Our conversation proved to show that we were on different pages because she was unaware that we would present a product for her. She admitted that SALD’s website and the way people organize event, request funding, etc. needs dire improvement but does not know where to start.
