Over quite some time now, my team and I have been working on the Security Culture Framework — a holistic approach to security awareness.

Finally we are ready to present it to you — as in this Youtube video.

The framework is based on many years of experience from working with communication, leadership and motivation around the world. Training people in behavioral change, made me realize that security awareness programs are not likely to succeed unless it is incorporated as a part of the organizations general training and cultural development program.

In other words, if you want to succeed with your security awareness programs, you need to align it to the rest of the organization instead of trying to do everything yourself.

The Security Culture Framework helps you connect the dots. Our goal is to help you create a successful security culture, where you can continue to use your existing tools, content and suppliers.

We just help you organize it all!

Some details about the framework is also available on this interview that Tripwire did with me earlier this summer.
