Women’s day on WhatsApp — A window into our world
Experts would’ve told us to pick collaboration channels like Slack or Workplace by Facebook but we had other ideas.
Our network spans from Seattle to Christchurch and most of our communications happens over Whatsapp
Prashanth always believes in frictionless systems and he prefers Whatsapp as the primary means of communication for all of us. There is no adoption problem, it’s easy for everyone to be on and they’re already there. (Shameless plug, but this is what one might call Selfless Service)
We have numerous groups (some noisier than the rest) and there are subsets of these groups where very focused discussion happens. We always share our work in different groups to seek feedback and also let the others know what we’re working on.
Today, huge organisations were celebrating Women’s day in their offices through various means. Here’s how our Creative Energizer decided to do it on different WhatsApp groups.
Needless to say, everyone loved it!
As an organisation, we believe in building strong women leaders. While this may be a small gesture, it put a smile on lot of people’s face.
Sometimes, a foundation of a great organisation is built right there — a bunch of happy people coming together to solve problems they’re passionate about.
We’re Kaiho Pasu and we’re out to tackle the so called wicked social problems.
Happy Women’s Day!
