There are a bunch of questions we have about how traffic flows to news web sites. So, we’re going to do a research study to find answers.
We did a trial run with our partners to see how exactly we would go about collecting the data and analysing it. Below you’ll find one insight we discovered during that test. And you can download the whole report we produced here:
Now we are expanding the study. We are going to investigate some bigger questions about the relationship between Internet platforms and news publishers. And we need more news orgs to join the study.
All news publishers in Europe are invited to participate — large and small; all languages welcome; print, broadcast, and digital only; national, local, and specialised news. The more the merrier.
As an incentive, news orgs participating in the study will get access to some new tools we’re working on, and we’ll give you early access to the data.
