How to forgive when you don’t want to.

Let me ask you a question, honest answers only…

When you see a certain person or remember a situation with that said person, what feelings or emotions come up? Do you feel like everything that needed to be said was put on table, you both understand where you or the other person overstepped in your boundaries, and forgive each other whole-heartedly?

Or do you remember them, and your blood starts immediately boiling, thoughts of pure distaste and disgust run through your mind while a certain Big Sean song plays on loop in memory of them.

Having to constantly being in a posture of repentance because of all the horrible things you thought about doing or saying to this person because of the pain they’ve caused you?

Well, what you’re experiencing is one of the many side effects of unforgiveness called a grudge
