A Vedantic Entrepreneurship
Vedic knowledge is native to the Indian Spirit.
Like the sense of Mathematics was native to Ramanujam and John Nash.
It is a stream of knowledge, it is a continuous impulse.
It flows as it creates.
It is a science in itself; it entails an outward effort to build a perfect model of innovation.
A thing of beauty like the iPhone, for example. Or the Mouse or the Windows.
Peter Thiel and Elon Musk have this unique understanding, but through a scientific temper native to their intelligence.
Elon Musk’s SpaceX was unique in that it was not simply NASA but stands firm on the feat of its own innovation.
We must fashion our lives according to a native law of the Truth rather than meagrely living on the surface by borrowing ideas from others.
But we need both Veda and Science; a perfect marriage is possible.
Steve Jobs’ brain was hard-wired within to understand design and complex patterns. He was a modern reflection of Vedic knowledge on a mirror. He was a more self-aware Innovator than the rest.
Self-awareness is a key to innovation.
And, it is also confronting the impossible.
ISRO shot the highest numbers of satellites on a single mission. They have understood what Sri Aurobindo meant when he said “The sense of impossibility is the beginning of all possibilities”.
Their control room was full of Vedic Seers instead of Scientists on that day!
Veda helps direct cognition of the hidden facts of life and not just the apparent.
One who understands both Veda and Science becomes a great Entrepreneur.
It is a great possibility. Why not try and attempt?
Swami Vivekananda was the last of the remnants of the Vedic Age.
Sri Aurobindo was the Adventure of Consciousness, as defined by Satprem.
And an another Albert Einstein hasn’t happened since world war II.
We need to be all of them in one go, not just to design and innovate but to be better than what we are now.
And in the tradition of the Veda and Vedanta, we find a key to a greater mastery of life.
And, a key to our own happiness.
