Just so you guys know, in-order to get a full grasp of the teams resume — you can always open our whitepaper of which is detailing it fully.

Dov Marcus: Hi guys, Dov Marcus, COO of KamPay, managed several successful businesses in the past 15 years, and has been in the crypto industry since 2012.

Ben: Hello hello Dov! Always a pleasure having you around.

Dr. Chris Cleverly: There’s the biog for all our new incredible new community members.

Ben: Yeah that’s Chris’s biography, that’s why it is in third person.

Loving to introduce you guys to our loved community every single time all over again.

Let’s move onto the next part! — Now we will answer the questions that you guys have asked us in the past 48 hours.

5 lucky winners with the best questions will share a prize pool of 5,000KAMPAY, a reward of 1,000 KAMPAY each person.

Ben: First set of questions asked by @FishyMcQueen which seems to be very curious about KamPay.

1) is the kampay wallet ready2use?

2) you spoke earlier about ATM deploy, where will it be? how many atms are we talking about? what is speculate time?

3) i have seen advisor team have many connections and some have very big names in they industry, is it possible that the advisors are here to make connections with other projects?

4) congratulations for the glitch collab, is such great decision, can u please explain more about the content of collab?

5) i understand u guys are not involved in price movement since u have bigger plans and u want to keep liquidity available for big players so investment will be attractive, but do u have plans to interfere with price movement in future? like market making?

6) i can feel connections with centralized exchanges being made, is the a speculate time for names announcment?

7) i personally think kampay is huge, i dont need to be persuades, but how u going to make others believe like me?

thank u very much, looking forward to it, just answer whatever question u feel comfortable

Since i Know some of them are under non-disclosure agreement.

-McQueen

Dov Marcus: 1) is the kampay wallet ready2use?

We are working very closely with our Wallet partners DOK and we believe that we should be ready in the next 2 weeks to deploy the solution for KamPay. We’re very excited to see the MVP in the public space and cant wait.

2) you spoke earlier about ATM deploy, where will it be? how many atms are we talking about? what is speculate time?

We are working with our multiple local partners currently to find the best place where we can make the most impact. Currently there are 15 Crypto ATMs in the whole of Africa and we will look to double that number by next year at a minimum. We believe that our first machines would be installed in Sept / Oct time and most likely be in Zimbabwe dependent on lead times being accurate from our hardware suppliers.

3) i have seen advisor team have many connections and some have very big names in they industry, is it possible that the advisors are here to make connections with other projects?

Of course. Advisors are here to advise so they have been instrumental in their help with current partnerships and we have a lot more projects to collaborate with going forward. Lots of exciting stuff happening behind the scenes. Unfortunately we live in a world full of non disclosure agreements and lawyers so we must stay tight lipped up till a mutually agreed time. We always let our community know first so not to worry.

4) congratulations for the glitch collab, is such great decision, can u please explain more about the content of collab?

We are very excited about taking our first steps to be interoperable with other chains via a bridge and Glitch is a well developed protocol with their own exchange about to launch so we are very happy and very much looking forward to the partnership coming to fruition.

Ben: Totally understandable, I believe our community will understand that one as-well.

What’s the world is worth without a little bit of mystery?

Ben: More information regarding this collaboration can also be found on our medium — https://kampay.medium.com/glitch-and-kampay-partnering-to-facilitate-trustless-money-markets-d5b84e3913c7

That’s a very interesting one for sure!

Dov Marcus: 5) i understand u guys are not involved in price movement since u have bigger plans and u want to keep liquidity available for big players so investment will be attractive, but do u have plans to interfere with price movement in future? like market making?

We never interfere with the pricing but if we see that there is demand and also an opportunity to do so we would look to buy back some of the tokens. We are at very early stages of our project being available so we will happily wait until such opportunity arises.

Ben: Woah. A buy — back, that’s some juicy insider information, it is nice to see that we have a strong backer with the ability to provide the liquidity necessary for the success of the project, makes me feel relaxed! :P Mommy and Daddy! (I didn’t know that myself!

Dov Marcus: 6) i can feel connections with centralized exchanges being made, is the a speculate time for names announcement?

We can’t give any names at the moment but we are exploring multiple avenues with exchange listings with some household names. We need your support as always to make sure that KamPay has the right level of engagement and numbers for some of the top exchanges and the team is working tirelessly towards these goals.

We will let you know first as always.

Ben: You heard the boss! You guys have the power in your hands to help us grow by sharing and spreading love to others! As the head of the marketing team I can tell you that there is no better marketing in the world than mouth-to-ear marketing.

Every single one of you has a key role in our path to success, towards changing the whole continent forever!

Dov Marcus: 7) i personally think kampay is huge, i dont need to be persuades, but how u going to make others believe like me?

Proof is in the pudding as they say. I think people are already curious about us and we have seen a rise in interest and engagement from our media. I personally think that believers will see the physical delivery of our products and see higher levels of adoption as we launch each and every product on our roadmap. This will inevitably lead to higher interest and belief in the project. The token will then rise in stature accordingly

Ben: I totally agree, there is nothing stronger for a utility token than the actual adoption and I am positive that we are heading in the right direction.

What a great set of questions, Fishy, we really enjoyed preparing for these ones!

@FishyMcQueen — Thank you very much for your interest, it is our pleasure to provide you with all the information necessary, please let us know in the free-question part incase there’s anything else that’s unclear.

Moving on to the next set of questions!

Dr. Chris Cleverly: Yes it’s a utility coin in the truest sense — MASS CUSTOMER ACQUISITION — MASS ADOPTION — MASS DISTRIBUTION — Ultimately this drives price,

Not speculation, Not memes — We will deliver this.

Ben: The next set of questions are coming from a beloved community member, Luke, who has already shown massive interest in our project by being super-active as well.

1) A great initiative for the airdrops and marketing seems to start getting more people on social media. The holders on the other hand have actually dropped after we got around 4–5k excluding bots on telegram. Are you guys worried this might crash the price if the people that are here for freebies cash out and actually come as a detriment to the people that believed in the project and are following it since day one? Any plans as someone else asked to be involved in the price movement?

2) how are the developments with the Africa Grain & Seed coming along? Any success in that area?

3) Any other behind the scene developments that we are not aware of that you can give us a hint?

As some of the other few people that have been here from the beginning we want to see the project succeed as it can actually change lives and make a difference. On the other hand It was very hard for me to convince close friends to join me as they don’t understand the project and it’s legitimacy. How can we make people like these change their minds? As in my humble opinion I would say at this point it seems to be the majority (can be seen in the charts). Are there plans to go on other trusted routes to raise confidence and awareness? (Far fetched examples, mentioned in bloomberg or known influencers to Europe and america or big company names that can publicly back us up etc)

Thanks a lot for your hard work and keep it up!

-Luke (@Loucaras)

Ray: Great questions!

*Replying to question number 3*

We’re in talks with some big big names in Crypto which should not only excite but be very good news to our loyal community. We’re in talks with a few of the top20 cryptocurrencies to bring you a better experience and interoperability. That’s all I can say for now but we will enter Africa bigger and stronger together.

Dr. Chris Cleverly: *Replying to question number 2!*

Working with Anthony from African Grain and Seed is such a good experience.

Sensitising our farmers and arranging the necessary permissions and licences. They have years of experience on the ground and with the government.

Also I am speaking on a daily basis with Daks Patel of ZymPay and we are working on our holistic DeFi platform and gateway for Zimbabwe farmers. This slots together with the AGS partnership as part of our delivery “stack”.

We will expect to provide a timetable by the next community AMA — very happy with the response and the Zimbabwe press is picking up on it

https://www.techzim.co.zw/2021/06/a-digital-currency-is-coming-into-zim-to-help-out-farmers/

Ben: (replied to Ray) After I have heard myself which names are in contact I was truly amazed, I felt so great being a part of something that big, with our brilliant advisor team and staffmembers I am positive we will all make it, that’s a great question!

Ben: (replied to Dr. Chris Cleverly) Two of our main partnerships! Always a pleasure hearing about them, I strongly believe that these collaborations are a major key to our mass-adoption strategy across Africa. Another great question Luke, We would really want to recommend you guys to read more about these collaborations over at our medium, KamPay.Medium.io, I think that every single one of you who isn’t checking it is seriously missing out.

Dov Marcus: *Answering to question number 1*

Great question! ,we see the airdrop as a good strategy in getting as many people aware of what we are doing, mass awareness is imperative to our success , not worried at all about users who will dump their tokens after airdrop, i’ll buy them myself if they go cheap…

Ben: (replied to Dov Marcus) As previously discussed here above, this project has mommy and daddy!

That’s so great hearing this from you guys, makes me feel so much confident even though I knew you guys had something in plan!

Regarding the bots, if I may say, we have published the KamPay airdrop campaign in 7 of the biggest telegram channels out there, It mostly attracted freebie-fans and bots, but it has also increased our social media engagement by great percentages which is awesome for the different algorithms!

We know you are all having a few tough days dealing with all these bots which interfere with our fluent daily conversations but rest assured I will do anything I can to get them out of here and to get back our chatroom experience like it used to be before.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, I promise you guys that we didn’t want these bots on purpose.

Ray: As some of the other few people that have been here from the beginning we want to see the project succeed as it can actually change lives and make a difference.

I think you will see as we develop that the mainstream media is very receptive and we have already been in talks to feature in international news and documentary outlets.

I think the legitimacy will come from the launch of the products and our renewed marketing efforts once the products are ready. The Team is busy preparing many informative videos internally and we have real reach in terms of PR and you will start to see us in leading publications. I think there will be some that won’t believe till the price has moved significantly but this only leads to a stronger more sustainable future for the token. And rewards our early supporters handsomely. We have plans for youtube, tiktok, news interviews and panel segments as thought leaders and first movers in the space and have links to most of the on ground communities locally. When the time is right, you will see us everywhere. In Recent weeks if we had made maximum effort marketing wise, I don’t think anything we could have done would have made an impact with the way it went and would have been wasted.

Ben: That was an incredible set of questions Luke! Thank you very much for that, it is always a pleasure having you around and hearing from you, you’re a true Kamarian.

Ben: Moving onto the next question! This time by @crypt0_gem.

How will you make sure or guarantee that you offer a solution which is fair and safe for everyone? Since crypto-space, especially in Africa, is hit hard from scams and people stealing money. How will you achieve this save environment? #KamPayAMA

Dov Marcus: How will you make sure or guarantee that you offer a solution which is fair and save for everyone? Since the crypto-space especially in Africa is hit hard from scams and people stealing money.

How will you achieve this save environment? #KamPayAMA

I think a move onto blockchain is already making systems and processes a lot more transparent. With KamPay, we aim to eliminate space for corruption and loss through the supply chain which will bring better pricing and exchange rates across the board. We always let our community know only to get information from our official channels and we will never ask you for funds through any social media. We are also planning to run adoption workshops across the continent to allow people to get comfortable using the new interfaces and promote trust in the network.

Unfortunately, no matter how we try, we cannot stop all scam and fraud cases as seen by imitation token launches on PancakeSwap. We are flattered to have recognised that we are leading the way but we must make sure that we communicate well with our users to make sure that this does not happen.

We are partnering with big multinationals in Africa so they can access their KamPAy through routes that they feel comfortable with. This will lead to additional reduced touch points for the users to be taken advantage of.

Ben: Scams are literally everywhere in crypto, in a world driven by money, fear and greed it is very popular. I wish it would change one day.

We also had several cases in the marketing team of which we have paid other people for services we have never received, it is all a lesson of trial and error.

We are very grateful for every single one of you guys who chose to put their trust in our hands and we promise we would do everything to keep it that way.

A relationship of trust between us is very important, one of the most important things you can have in crypto is credibility and a great name.

Thank you very much for asking that as I am sure it also troubled a-lot of people, especially after hearing in the big crypto news regarding scams in the past two weeks.

Ben: Moving onto the next question!

The next question is a very interesting one by our community member Markus Andrew and I think it’ll provide a lot of information regarding our projects infastracture.

Hello!

I will travel from the US to Africa for 3 weeks in December 2021, and will visit Kenya and Tanzania. What would be the 2 or 3 ways that I would most likely be able to use this token? Would I be able to use it to support local charity efforts?

Thanks,

-Markus Andrew. // @Markus_Andrew

Ray: Nice question! By December 2021, We believe you will be able to withdraw some KamPay into Shillings for your travels and also be able to buy a lottery ticket.

We are running the pilot scheme in Zimbabwe at the moment so maybe if you fancy a career change we could provide you with some seed, fertilizer and equipment for your land. Maybe even some travel insurance just in case for any possible eventuality. In the event that you get over excited and need some injection of funds for your travels, your loved ones.

KamPay will be there!

Ben: Hehehe I’d love to try a week as a farmer as-well! is this offer available for me also?

The seeds and fertilizers are on you!

Ben: Moving onto the final question in the pre-asked questions part!

Can you explain how lotteries work and why they are key factors in KAMPAY growth? They are not really popular in Europe for example.

-Lavenda // @lavenda7

Dr. Chris Cleverly: Lol

They are hugely popular in Europe

The London Olympics was paid for by a lottery

Sales for the UK lottery still exceed £8bn annually

Lottery in UK has produced huge social benefit in education, health and public infrastructure

It is the single greatest proven customer acquisition model in the world.

Ray: I wouldn’t say that lotteries are not popular in europe. around 120 Million users weekly.

out of a population of 750M in Europe that’s not bad. If we apply the same logic to africa, we could expect well over 200M users of KamPay based on their Lottery interactions alone.

That would make us the most held crypto in the world.

In terms of the lottery itself, It is a great way to promote user adoption without affecting the token price. We are able to acquire users to the KamPay ecosystem without airdrops and giveaways of tokens but we could give free lotto tickets to our users. This way the tokens are never dumped onto the market place.

I hope that helps a little.

Ben: We have finished with the pre-asked question part, now we will move onto the final part of which you’ll be able to ask anything that is on your mind!

Hit us with your best questions — In case you’ve got a black-out, do not worry because we are here every day to answer every question of yours.

Go Go Go!

Luckyluke: Hey all great answers to all the questions. Thank you for that. One of the answers was that the people would be able to withdraw shillings from Kampay. Will this be from ATMs at the airport or the sort?

Ray: Hotels would be the first place. Airports are not cost effective enough as the real estate will be too expensive.

Ray: No Problems! It’s always a balance of sustainability and safety.

fun fact! Most Crypto ATMs take more deposits than withdrawals.

Fishy McQueen: Can we have a video AMA next time?

Ray: Yes of course, we would love to. We are looking at the best software to do so and will announce once we are done. HOpefully by our next round of AMAs.

Reinhara: How do you keep a balance between developing the technology and also improving the value of your token?

Dov Marcus: We believe that value will derive from real progress, the price will appreciate from real use of our token and not just from trading.

Get it: IF THE BEAR MARKET COMES will your token PROBABLY DUMP? Do you have any plan to prepare for this bear market? How will you handle the panic sell?

Ray: We have actually seen that most of our holders are holding on during this time. Trading activity is down and we have not experienced any panic sell. Our only major movements have been with the price of BNB pairing. If needed we would look to do a buy back as we think we have a strong future and not worried about blips in the price.

Dov Marcus: Bear market always comes at some point, same as bull markets, we are building real products who are not dependent on the crypto markets.

Emilia: What are your plans in place for global expansion, are you focusing on only the market at this time? Or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

Ray: We are predominantly focused on product development. Once this development is completed, we will focus our efforts on usage and adoption. This is when the marketing is strong as it will be supported by real users and real everyday products and services.

We believe that marketing brings the spotlight. Adoption and usage is what brings more long term holders to the project

LuckyLuke: Any updates on coinmarketcap and coingecko updating the information/charts?

Ben: Hey Luke, I’ll take that one.

There was a mild confusion on our application to CMC. That’s why we are getting delayed but it is still on the table, of course. We know it is important for our project to get listed there and I am positive that it is only a matter of time and protocols before we would get listed there as well.

CoinGecko already has listed us, however they refused to change our ATH price from KAM (KamariV1), so it’ll stay on the 7$ mark for a while at least until we increase our volumes enough for them to pay attention. I am still in contact with CoinGecko and I am resolving that.

For now, CoinGecko listing can be seen as a success since all the rest of the information is accurate.

Tsuki Kirei: Do you plan to have a team on the ground in Africa sometime soon as your plans go ahead? What are the strategies for partnerships in Africa?

Ray: Of course. We have begun our employment process in Kenya, Cameroon and Zimbabwe. It is critical we have teams in all territories to monitor the effectiveness of the project along with workshops and meet ups to support our communities.

Ben: Thank you, our beloved community for participating in this AMA with us!

Also, thank you team for joining us today for this AMA, who knows better than me that you are all very busy personnel and we do not take that for granted, we really do appreciate that.

It was a great pleasure all over again to see you showing interest in our project and in our journey.

I am very pleased with this AMA, just a reminder: A full recap of this AMA can be found just like the previous one on our Medium (KamPay.medium.com) — in addition to many articles and press releases that we have pushed recently and keep on publishing on a daily basis!

Also, you should know that we are here to answer every question in our chatroom, we do our best to provide you guys with information, don’t hesitate to ask them on our daily routine — we are here to help!
