Kana Labs Goes Live on Aptos Mainnet For Aggregated Swaps

Kana Labs welcomes you to its dawn of a new era as a true multi-ecosystem DeFi super app. To both our existing core followers and new users, we reiterate our promise and commitment to building a truly interconnected community of different networks under one roof in a secure, seamless, easy and user-friendly environment. Today, we are proud to announce that Kana Labs has onboarded a third blockchain — the “Aptos ecosystem” to our multi-chain DeFi product suite.

The Aptos blockchain network was launched in 2021 by Aptos labs, with a mission to create and provide billions of people with fair access to decentralised assets. This newly emerging ecosystem is an independent L1 blockchain built using the “Move” language and emphasises absolute safety, extensible scalability and credible neutrality values. What it brings to users in real-time include -

• one of the lowest latency available in the market today
• an optimistically responsive BFT protocol
• a robust on-chain reputation system, and novel methods for parallel execution

These features allow Aptos blockchain to provide its builders and users with a better foundation for a safe, scalable and upgradeable web3 making it the most production-ready L1 blockchain in the world.

Kana Labs started out as a mobile-first DeFi super app platform with a vision to provide its users with access to the most prominent and frequently used DeFi protocols across multiple blockchain networks through aggregated pricing. Our goal was to help both builders and users as it attracts millions of users into a single platform while assisting developers to tap into the unfragmented market. But, we did not want our users to be handicapped by platform limitations and soon launched our web app tool to bring about ease of access as well as a multi-platform user environment.

Previously, Kana Labs platform supported the Solana network in Testnet and Mainnet environments and the Neon network in its Testnet environment. Now, we have added support for emerging giant “Aptos” in our product suite. As you might have been aware, we’ve been active on the Aptos testnet in our web app platform for quite some time now. Today, we are going live with the Aptos Mainnet on our web app tool and will support “Swaps” in the early phase with more DeFi activities added later on. Besides our web app tool, Kana Labs also has our proprietary “Aptos swap aggregation engine” which can be integrated by various third-party service providers into their own DeFi and payment platforms.
