Will you share the slides?
You would be excited after playing the online simulation game on Day 1. Some of you would await the PowerPoint Slides and all theory pouring in. And waiting to ask that dreaded question — “will you share the slides with us?” :-):-)
But this KMP workshop is not about theory. It’s a hands-on, collaborative, and interactive workshop.
This workshop makes you unlearn Agility’s “self-assumed”, “unused” and “mythical” concepts.
For the next 30 minutes, we discuss why you want to be Agile. Some of the common phrases come by, like “faster delivery,” “fail fast learn fast,” “deliver early retrospect early,” and others.
