Last night, KardiaChain held a wonderful AMA Q&A session with HC Capital community — One of the most active communities of the Vietnam Crypto market. With the participation of 2 talented leaders of KardiaChain, CEO & Co-Founder Mr. Tri Pham and CBO Johnny Tri Dung. The AMA session was held on HC Capital’s telegram platform, with nearly 10,000 members. AMA took place in enthusiasm and excitement, Tri and Johnny answered the community’s constant questions about the project, about the role of the decentralized products KardiaChain is building with the support of business organizations, government and a better understanding of the KardiaChain team members story, and our expectations towards.

Next question, Q2: To help us know more about your project, what products does Kardiachain build? What do they offer users? @JohnnnyTriDung @triminhph
Tri Pham,
We are building a public blockhain with interop features, meaning to connect other blockchains together. the long term view is to onboard more and more enterprises and gov departments to use our hybrid (private-public) blockchain solution
right now we start with the integration of our KAI tokens into existing products and services. This is to leverage the large user base of our business partners to bring blockchain to Vietnamese people.
The most recent products are “Tuoi Tre Q5” mobile app in collaboration with the Youth Union; and the mobile topup platform incorporated three main telcos (Viettel, Mobi, Vina)
Tuoi Tre Q5 offers incentive tasks for younge people to help them engage more with traditional activities from the Youth Union, as well as provide the Union themselves a better tool to manage its member data and IDs.
The Topup Platform basically helps KAI holders to topup mobile balance and internet data (3G/4G) by spending KAI or locking KAI.
The price is rather competitive compared to other topup services.

Q3: For each project, community factors contribute to the project’s victory. So, what strategies does Kardiachain have to develop community and retain users in the long run?
P Johnny,
I will cover this one. We always believe community is our blood, and so is the user/ holder/ believer. The more believers that KardiaChain (KAI) has, the stronger we are, especially that we all want to start from our ground — Vietnam.
In order to achieve that, we are expect to communicate more and more with our community and will roll out a few program as below:
- Our ambassador programs, divided by regions ( Western/ Local/ Asia). We are now having a healthy groups of diversified believer from US, EU, Russia, Korean, and hopefully upcoming Vietnamese.
- Our Community Reward scheme which will be hold per region/ market. With monthly incentived scheme for active/ positive/ high-contributed members…. And more to come.

Question 1 - Did you have problems trying to implement your product in businesses? How do you explain to non-crypto people what is Kardiachain and what are the advantages of using it?
answer- This one is interesting.As you might not know electricty tech and infrastructure, we are still using it in daily life. So is blockchain, and at KardiaChain, we believe our upcoming apps/ Program that will roll out on Mid Oct 2020, will be an app that everyone can use without knowing it running on blockchain.
Instead of explaining how our tech works, we can simply use an acquisition way of marketing: Referal + a big of gamification. Then later on for staking/ Lock and earn program, we are rolling our relevant projects that helps normal people can enjoy a certain exciting interest (%) like bank interest (%) while they hold our token — KAI.
Question 2 - At the moment I don’t see KAI having any activities or events such as, Partnership, fork / swap, burn, feature release and so on. Can you reveal what event or program in the future?

At KAI, we are unique and different compares to several other project, since KardiaChain are a public blockchain platform focused on Interoperability and providing hybrid blockchain solutions for enterprises and governments. Not just a normal Dapp like a lot of other projects.
This allow us to have and expand our partnerships and we has annouced it on our websites. Some you can name and google it such as:

Question 3- Southeast Asia is a very vibrant market and many project developed here so with Kai what do you think about Southeast Asia and do you have any plan to develop here?
Thanks So Lucky for exciting questions.We are actually started from London UK, and is a Singaporean company. Also, we have a strong support so far with huge amount trading from US, EU, Russia, Korea.
At KardiaChain, we believe SEA is an exciting market that we should explore more, not just in trading, but also to roll out our first non-crypto Dapp that will come Mid of Oct 2020, then globally. So far, we expect to have at least 1,4m KAI Users and Holders by the end of 2021. Which turn us to become one of the most engaged Dapp in the region, even .. globally.
Question 4 - DeFi has three sectors: DEX, Synthetic asset, and Lending. Which exactly is KAI focusing on? Do you have plans for others that you’re not focused on yet?
Lending is an interesting space to explore. We have discussions with partners on crypto/fiat for collateral, staking for credit scoring, SME and startup financing and other topics. I can see more and more businesses want to embrace blockchain and tokens. The main issues will be to find product-marker fit and to deliever in a timely manner.
Question 5 - How to be motivated of being a user in the Kardiachain community? What are the benefits?
