KardiaChain at AppWorks #18 Recap

Continue our March Madness, a recap is now available on what KardiaChain has been participating at AppWorks Accelerator Programme (AppWorks #18). For everyone haven’t seen the name AppWorks, it is a Greater Southeast Asia’s leading startup accelerator and early-stage VC. As mentioned in a recent article on KardiaChain’s Medium channel, KardiaChain is one of only 40 startups across Greater Southeast Asia to receive the invitation to this semi-annual AppWorks Accelerator programme. The main vision of AppWorks Accelerator is to create an opportunity for early-stage founders to gain understanding from knowledgeable experts and skilled entrepreneurs who have previously gone through the trials and adversities of the 0–1 phase and successfully conquered the innumerable difficulties regarding startups looking forward to providing products that are beneficial to society.
For this year’s program, the current batch AppWorks Orientation Week has the opportunity to visit the headquarter of M17 Entertainment with the presence of CEO Joseph Phua, who founded Singapore-based app Paktor before merging with M17 Media in 2017. M17 Media is the largest live streaming company in developed Asia region that has more than 40 million members worldwide at the present. The company’s vision is to be the leading social entertainment platform in both Japan and Taiwan, with currently over 15,000 artists on board and approximately 400 on-staff employees worldwide. KardiaChain chairman has a valuable meetup and talks with M17 Media team to exchange our ideas and share KardiaChain’s vision about the development of blockchain technology and KardiaChain solutions to contribute to this growth.
Another AppWorks partner that KardiaChain has a chance to meet and greet is Cobinhood’s CEO Jill Shih and CTO and Co-founder Wei-Ning Huang. Cobinhood is a cryptocurrency service platform for the modern blockchain era created for the average institutional and retail investors and traders. As the world’s first zero fee high-frequency cryptocurrency exchange, it aims to maximize return on investment for all customers.
On our first day’s representation, KardiaChain is eager to share its vision of an equality future in blockchain community with KardiaChain and its main technology Dual Node that helps the project achieve the mission. The chairman Hung Nguyen and co-founder Tri Pham receive multiple supports from colleagues during the event about products that KardiaChain has been striving for in order to contribute to society. AppWorks Accelerator Programme is a great occasion for KardiaChain to create values by building a strong network with international entrepreneurs and global businesses.
