KardiaChain continues its ecosystem expansion by joining forces with CELO Alliance

KardiaChain is pleased to announce that we are joining Celo’s “Alliance for Prosperity”, a group of more than 100 key players in the blockchain space with the shared goal of greater financial inclusion and prosperity for all, with early backers such as Andreessen Horowitz and Coinbase Ventures, Celo aim to create an environment for innovative financial service applications to thrive.

At KardiaChain we are building DeFi applications that will enable much-improved accessibility for society. The vision held by this group of industry leaders is in perfect harmony with our own, allowing us to collaborate in unison and offer our users financial empowerment.

Our first collaboration will be to integrate the stable coin Celo Dollar (cUSD), and Celo token (CELO) as well as Celo staking features (currently at 6% APR) into KAI Master Wallet. Furthermore, the integration will be taken to the next level by allowing users to use cUSD and CELO tokens to participate in KardiaChain DeFi platforms, including KAI Starter, Mobile Top Up, and Mai Linh Taxi payment, that will be implemented in KAI Membership application. This collaboration and integration do not only allow more digital assets accessible for more than KardiaChain 100,000 users but they also attract a large user base from Celo community to explore our products. It is one step closer to provide Access to Finance for the Masses.

Conclusion

KardiaChain remains in a strong position as a blockchain project having many big partnerships with enterprises. One of the examples is that KardiaChain recently launched its mainnet with the strong support from many prestige enterprises acting as its main network validators, including a subsidiary of electronics giant LG, Vietnam-based business Geleximco, global technology business HPT Vietnam, Vietnamese national taxi business Mai Linh Group, and footwear business Biti’s.

With a focus on Vietnam and Southeast Asia since its inception in 2018, KardiaChain is strengthening its position to have mass adoption. As joining Alliance for Prosperity, KardiaChain is one step closer to make digital assets available to everyone.

What is CELO?

Launched in March 2020 by Celo Foundation, current members including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Coinbase Ventures, Polychain Capital, Ledger, Blockchain.com and more than 100 other members, this Alliance aims to build an open monetary system that brings prosperity to all stakeholders. They have the diversity of the Members both in terms of geography, as well as unique contributions to serve more people: Ontology, Paxful, Coinbase Venture, Peixe, Positive Blockchain and the United Africa Blockchain Association.
