Karmabot tracks reactions and that’s how microkarma is collected. The author of any post on Slack who got any reaction receives 0.001–0.1 karma. The value can be set in Options and depends on the team size.
The reactions can be categorised: some considered positive, some negative.
Your custom emoji are considered too. Each can be set to negative, neutral or positive.
