Karma Equity Tokens to be Traded at the Tokenomica

Hello, dear friends!

Finally, we've got all the approvals and opinions from lawyers and regulators 🥳 Our Karma equity tokens are going to be OTC-traded at the Tokenomica this year.

We're going to start trading according to this rule of Commercial Code https://riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/Riigikogu/act/504062020002#para149 (Chapter 19 § 149. Transfer of share).

Here's the plan:

1. On October, 19–20th we announce that there will be a shareholders' voting regarding the approval of the trading and updates to our Charter.
2. The estimated shareholders' voting date is November, 10th.
3. Then we post our updated documents to the Estonian Corporate Registry.
4. Estimated approval from the Estonian Corporate Registry is November, 21st.
5. OTC-trading will start in about 1–2 weeks from the approval.

Please notice that all the timeline is approximate because we have to rely on third parties, who are not under our direct management.
