$HARD “Money Market Madness” Competition Tutorial

Kava 5 Incentivized testnet has successfully launched and the HARD “Money Market Madness” competition has now begun.

Participants will be ranked by the amount of HARD claims they make in the competition period, and 5 winners will be selected for the $25,000 prize!

This tutorial will show you how to get testnet tokens, Supply, Borrow, and claim HARD rewards.

Step 1:

Navigate to app.mmm.kava.io and connect through the wallet of our choice.

This tutorial shows you how to connect with Trust Wallet, and this tutorial shows you how to connect with Ledger.

Once Connected, press the Kava address button in the top right to copy you Kava address.

Step 2. Get Testnet Tokens

Navigate to faucet.kava.io and paste your Kava address into the input field. Press “Request Tokens”. Note you may only do this twice ever 24hrs.

Navigate back to app.mmm.kava.io and press “Balances” in the top nav to view your token balances.

Step 3. Supply and Borrow

Press “App” to view the HARD money market main page. Select “Supply/Withdraw” on an asset of your choice.

In the Supply tab, enter the amount you wish to supply and press “Supply”

In the main page, select “Borrow / Repay” on an asset of your choice.

In the Borrow tab, enter the amount you wish to borrow and press “Borrow”

Make Sure To Claim HARD Rewards!

In order to win in the “Money Market Madness” competition you must claim your HARD rewards.

Select the “Claim” button in the “HARD Rewards” section.

Select the 12 Month option, as this counts for your final HARD reward claims, and press the “Claim” button.
