As a nonprofit professional, you’re obsessed with creating positive, lasting impact. But increasingly, this work is getting harder to do. Constraints on time, capacity and people-power prevent some organizations from truly moving the needle. But Keela can help!

By optimizing your workflow, you can make the most of the little time that you have — to achieve the most that you can. Here are three ways that Keela helps you save time and work smarter:

A live dashboard

Keela’s live dashboard is there to greet you everytime you log into Keela. At a glance, you can see what’s going on with: your latest Campaign, your Donations, and upcoming Tasks and Followups. From the moment you log on, you have all of this information at your fingertips, without having to click through complicated menus.

Want a bit more information? Simply turn the card over to get an expanded view of each module and dive deeper into your data.

How does this save me time?

Keela pulls together some of the most important information and presents it to you on one screen. The simple design and powerful capabilities make this a great time-saver. For a more refined experience, users can even customize what cards appear on their dashboard, keeping only what matters to them — saving them from sifting through data they might not need.

A CRM that updates everything, everywhere

Keela’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is the engine that runs Keela. And the best part is that it updates everything, everywhere.

Here are a few examples:

a) Once you’ve integrated with Eventbrite, you can import every event directly into Keela — having it track ticket sales, and create new contacts within the CRM or updating existing contacts with a new Interaction. That means that you don’t have to log into two different platforms to get the most recent info. And more importantly, it means that you don’t have to manually update any contact information. Keela does it all for you.

b) Email campaigns are important tools for nonprofits. Keela’s Campaigns Module enables you to build beautiful newsletters, announcements and more. But the best part is that when they are sent out — all of the important data is tracked within Keela’s CRM. This means that you can tell who received your newsletters, who opened them, and who clicked on them. You can even track who donated to campaigns linked to those emails. All of this data helps you make smarter decisions, and it all automatically updates in each contact’s profile.

A place for your team to get on the same page

A lot of time is wasted going back and forth with projects. Traditionally, notes and relevant files can be scattered across emails, USB drives, and notepads. Keela’s Projects Module helps to consolidate all of these things, keeping your project in one place. All of your Tasks, Discussions, and Files can be found in the Project, and it can be made visible to as many or as few team members as you’d like. It’s all up to you.

Another great feature to use within Projects is our new Google Calendar integration. You are now able to sync your Google Calendar to have Keela’s Tasks and Followups show up directly in your Calendar. It’s all automated, so you don’t have to worry about transferring data manually.

Bottom line: Your team saves time by getting all the information they need, in one convenient place.

If you want to make your mission, possible — then try using Keela to help save your team some time!
