Do you believe you could be happy every day? basically what is happiness? happiness is something that is coming from your inside. Some people believe that you can only happy if you fulfill your desires but this is not true. Happiness in daily life is a commitment to yourself.

Everything that is happening in your life is all about your focus. If you focus on positive things naturally you are ignoring all the negativity and after that, you will start a better version of your life.

Major realization

Many people think happiness is when everything is perfect in your life but there are many dark tunnels in the happiest person’s life as well. we shouldn’t forget there is a light after the end of every tunnel.

You have to enjoy the present situation, I know you are thinking it is a lie but you are not realizing what you have at this moment you are even not realizing who are you. If somebody told any bad thing about you, you are reacting because you thought they are right and after that, you overthink about it and when somebody told you any good quality about you are like “oh! not at all I am not like that”.

Principles of happiness

You have to tell yourself first that you care enough for yourself. nobody and nothing could make you happy if you don’t want to be happy yourself. Here are some tips to be happy.

Daily Habits/weekly habits/monthly habits

Stay Positive:

It is the main rule for being happy is to stay positive and see the positive in everything. I understand it’s really very hard to stay positive every time but if you are feeling upset or negative just instant find anything beautiful in that situation. Let suppose if you are having a bad day or feeling negative just open your window and gaze at the birds or trees and think deeply about it and then after some time, you will feel better.

Do exercise daily:

Many people believe that doing exercise daily is almost impossible due to many reasons, housewives think we just have to do home chores and same as house wives working women also believes that because I am doing any work I can’t do exercise daily. Everybody has to understand that no matter what you are going to do in your daily life you have to make sure that you exercise daily. I am not saying you have to do a lot of exercises, you can do a little exercise regularly.

Look into the mirror and tell yourself that you are happy:

In our daily routine, we are seeing ourselves in a mirror many times especially girls who see themselves a lot in the mirror. It is such a simplest task When ever we see ourselves in the mirror we should just say hey you! you are gorgeous/handsome and suddenly you will feel that you are smiling.

Do one good thing every day:

Do anything good in your entire day it will boost you up like never before. When you will do something good you will feel great. I am not asking anything big like give someone money or your property just make it simple and when you see any person upset just ask for help, If you find someone hungry just goes and share your food with them even you can share your precious smile with others.

If anybody trying to hurt you:

If someone trying to hurt you by judging you about your complexion, Height, Weight, culture, nature, character, religion, or about anything you will have to tell yourself instantly that it’s not you, it’s just their reflection. Nobody has the right to judge you and compare you with any other.

Explore your talents:

Everyone has many talents. You just have to explore it yourself. If you are a teacher but you are not happy with it just try something new if you get interested in the new thing, Congrats, you are enjoying your new talent because everyone has not the guts to try something new no matter you will get success or failure but you have tried. Here is my example for you all, I was always scared of drawing because I think I can never draw anything but in this lockdown, I explore my new talent and start making portraits and I believe it is not less than beautiful.

Be confident:

Think twice or thrice before taking any step in your life but when you will have decided then be confident. Confidence is the key to your happiness. If you will be confused every time so you will lose self-confidence and you will have to face an inferiority complex and it will never give you confidence.

Eat what you want to eat at the moment:

Thinking about health is good but enjoying your life is way better. Eat healthily but sometimes you must eat whatever you want to eat. If you know you are usually taking healthy but you want some fast food at this time so just eat it with full satisfaction and enjoyment. It will give you new strength.

Compliment others:

In this era, many people are comparing themselves with others so they get jealous at the time and forget to say any good thing about them. Everybody has good and bad things but if you are positive you will see positivity everywhere so never forget or ignore to give compliments to others. It will make other’s life happy too.

Be grateful:

There are a lot of great things that happen in our lives and we usually ignore those things. When we wake up every morning we should remember them and be grateful. Gratitude is a positive attitude that makes you calm.

Be you:

You have to realize you are you and nobody can be you. You are special, You are different, Nobody can be like you and that is your superpower. you have to understand that you are unique and when you realize this you will get a better version of yourself because you are not copying anyone and you are not comparing yourself with any other. No matter what you have and don’t have just think you are the best and the things which belong to you are the best.

Positive diary:

Go and buy a diary and make a habit to write every positive quote you hear, every positive moment, and about everything which makes you feel special at that moment, so after many time when you will feel dull just open your diary and re-live those moments.

Get together:

Make your holidays special. Go and make plans for doing something memorable for your future. There are a lot of people for whom you are the priority and there are many people who are your priority simply means your close ones go and enjoy with them and make your present happier and collect some special time for your future.

Appreciate yourself:

You are doing anything good in a day or reached your goal or achieve anything so be polite and appreciate yourself. Make it mandatory to give yourself some treat when you do something good.

Nature’s beauty:

We all believe there is a creator who creates the world with this much beauty. If you find yourself uncomfortable just make a move towards nature. For example plant, a tree, feed the birds, sit at the corner of the beach, seeing the sunrise or sunset, talk with the moon, or anything which relates to nature.

Me time:

Switch off the phone, make a distance from people, turn off the television and spend some quality time with you. You need to heal yourself, to give you more strength, to believe in you, to make your vision clear, to think, and especially for you.

Deactivate Social media:

At this time social media takes over everything in our life. We already know social media is not that which it pretends itself. There is a lot of stuff that is fake but before realizing it we all start to follow it and get stress due to unachievable plans.

Forgive yourself:

Everybody made mistakes on a daily basis. If you made a mistake so it is not a big deal it is not important that you made a mistake but it is important that you have realized your mistake and want to learn a lesson from it and promise to not do this again. Now is the time you should forgive yourself. We are the people who forgive other’s mistakes but forget to forgive ourselves.

Health care:

For living a happy life you have to live a healthy life as well. If you are not healthy but trying to do everything which makes you happy so it’s temporary happiness. You have to take care of your health. You should go for a physical and a medical checkup for taking care of your health.

Entertainment:

The body wants health and the mind wants entertainment. Music, Dance, Movies, Travelling, and games, there are a lot more options to entertain your mind. Be relax, be calm, and chill.

Book Reading:

Book reading is the best way to kill time with a lot of information. It is the best way to distract yourself with a useful purpose.

Self grooming:

Do you love makeup or fancy clothes? some people like to do makeup and some want fancy clothes and some want to be decent. Self-grooming is basically you make yourself organize and clean which makes you comfortable and happy.

Don’t care about age:

Age is just a number or we can say age is just a record about your silly things in these years. Don’t worry about the age, age never restricts you to do something actually age allows you to live more for you and for your close ones.

Everything around you gives you a sign to be happy and stress-free. Care for yourself, Respect yourself and allow yourself to be free. In the end, you will realize that how happy you were today and it will motivate you for your tomorrow.
