Submission Guidelines for Keeping It Kinky

Trying this again!

The submission posts between the two pubs I’m managing got all mixed up so I’m just redoing this one again so that the link doesn’t have the other publication’s name in it. It confuses me whenever someone requests to join and it takes me too long to figure out which publication they are asking about. This will save me 20 seconds of my life!!!

What we accept:
BDSM
Hotwife
Cuckold
Cheating
LGBTQ
Vanilla-ish (sexual encounters that aren’t “too” wild)

Note: If you do horror, supernatural, monsters, aliens, etc, check out Monster Smut pub. Keeping it Kinky mostly does contemporary erotica. https://medium.com/monster-smut

NOTE: if your story has dub-con or non-con, you must include a warning at the beginning. Something simple, like (Warning: non-con themes) is fine. But it MUST be at the very beginning.

What we’re looking for:

Well written stories of 1k+ words in the above categories.

Must include a picture (prefer landscape because it works better visually). Don’t be a douche, put in photo credits.

You can include advertising at the bottom of your story of other work/stories.

Either unpublished stories or stories no more than 2 days old published on your own page. Anything older and it will most likely get buried and not seen.

Things to keep in mind:

The stories are filtered onto the various feature pages by tags.
Tags to use:
BDSM
Cuckold (use cuckold tag for hotwife, cuckold, and cheating stories)
LGBTQ
Erotic (for vanilla, ONLY use this tag if nothing else fits)

I will not fix your tags other than removing tags if your story does not fit with what you chose. Only use the “Erotic” tag if your story doesn’t fit in the other categories and isn’t too harsh.

If your story doesn’t fit under a tag, it can still be accepted, it just wouldn’t filter to one of the various tabs and would be seen on the main page (ie dub-con or non-con that isn’t in one of the other tags).

Your stories won’t be edited. We expect you to do a good self-editing job. If you are a new writer to the publication, your story will be looked over before it’s accepted but no one is going to take the time to fix anything. If the story has too many errors, it will be declined. You won’t be tossed out for a couple errors, no one is perfect but it needs good self editing.

If we get too many submission on a particular day, stories may get scheduled to be released on a different day to help visibility for everyone (another good reason to use unpublished stories).

Leave a comment on this article asking to be added as a writer if you want to submit a story.

That’s it!
