The Branche ICO Token Sale is Live!
We’re all very happy to announce the beginning of our ICO token sale! Our Branche Loyalty Tokens are on sale for Ether, at $5USD per token.
Web signups and the smart contract went live this morning and we’re already taking deposits!
The contract will stay open for 4 weeks with a token bonus for each of the first 3 weeks.

Here are the rules of our Fair ICO (all tokens paired against USD) :
1. $5 BLT/USD
2. Funds must be deposited in Ethereum
3. 500,000 Ethereum cap
4. Proportional refund contract uses the target cap of the contract to generate
the final deposit value kept when the cap is exceeded.
a. keep = (deposit * target) / raised
b. refund = deposit -keep
5. Token Generation Formula
a. The branche loyalty tokens will be created using the ETH/BLT value,
multiplied by the final kept deposit, with the bonus added the total BLTs
created at the end.
b. ( [ETH] / [BLT] * [KEEP]) * [BONUS] = TOTAL BLTs CREATED
6. Refunds open on January 3rd 2017 at 12:00AM EST if the cap is exceeded

In order to participate in the ICO you will need to follow these steps:
1. Go to www.branche.io/ico
2. On the sign-up page, enter your name, mobile phone number, and a
password.
3. Enter the 2FA pin that will be sent to your phone via SMS.
4. Enter the Ethereum address you will be sending from, and register the
address so you can track your contributions
5. Once you have one registered, the ICO contract address will be displayed. 6. Go to your Ethereum wallet and send your donations to that address.
7. Please register all subsequent addresses you wish to donate from with us,
we use this list to ensure we can securely provide admin refunds in the event
of lost keys etc.
If you do not have, or do not know how to use Ethereum, but wish to purchase Branche Loyalty Tokens, you can contact us directly at “info@branche.io” and we will attempt to assist you with using Ethereum, or send you instruction on how to “manually” participate using fiat currency.
