Magic exists! even for us muggles. Muggles is a term used by J. K. Rowling, the author of the Harry Potter series. Muggles means people without magical powers. Magic also exists in a human world far away from the fantasy world of Harry Potter, some of this is the magic of love for a family, the magic of friendship and magic of bravery. These three are the main topics on all the series Harry Potter book. I love reading fantasy books and for me Harry Potter is my ultimate favorite. I call myself a Potterhead, Potterhead are the people that may be read all the 7 series of the book and watch the 8 movies of Harry Potter. I even collect and save all the series of the books I am planning to give it to my daughter when she is ready to read 900 to 1000 pages of a book. I like the book better than the movie because the book gives a more detailed and better description of the story than the movie. I highly recommend this book to everyone that loves reading fantasy books. Harry Potter is a book series about a boy named Harry Potter that has been saved from a deadly curse by his mother’s love for him. This deathly curse didn’t kill him but just give him a mark a lightning bolt in his forehead that been recognized by everyone in his world. I love how J. K. Rowling even with fantasy stories highlighted the importance of family, friends and being brave for yourself.
Family is everything in the muggle world or even in a wizard and witch world. Harry Potter’s first story starts in a muggle world where Harry Potter lives for eleven years. He lives there with his remaining family member that doesn’t like him because he is different, different for the family means he has magical power and his parents are a witch and wizard unknown to Harry Potter. Then on his eleventh birthday, he received a letter welcoming him to the school. Not just an ordinary school its name is Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In his eleventh birthday, he finds out that he is a wizard and who is a family is and where should he belong. On the other series of books, he finds out that he has more family than dearly love him his Godparent. Also, in this book the author keeps on reminding the readers that we cannot judge a book by its cover, we cannot judge a person by its appearance. Sometimes people that may seem very strict can be your best ally.
Friends are family you choose. In the Harry Potter series the main plot is the friendship. Harry Potter met 2 young wizards namely Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. They become very best of friends and stick together through thick and thin. They recognized Harry Potter as the boy that escape death and for them the boy that won over the main villain’s deathly curse. Their friendship is tested so many times by the villains in the story, but their friendship is stronger than anything. Through the years they meet new friends that save help them get through their challenges. Their friends come in different shapes and sizes, there are fantasy animals, wizards, giants, and many more.
Having friends and family beside is you make you comfortable. But in life, some problems are needed to be faced alone. In the Harry Potter book series, the author is giving importance to family and friendship but it also shows how each character from weak hearts and at the end show bravery to protect their loved ones. Bravery comes from different forms. For me, the best example of bravery on this book is how Snape a professor in Hogwarts school that from the start you will think of him as an evil person but all along he is protecting Harry Potter from the main villain to the point he sacrifices his own life just to protect the boy and this is all because of his love for Harry Potter’s mom. Great love and bravery.
I love this book so much because of the twist, the lessons, the magic, the wild imagination of the author and so much more. This series has it all fantasy, love, suspense, drama. For me, this is the best book I ever read and I know many people feel the same way. Harry Potter series is one of the book series that is even ended still has die-hard fans. I also recommend this book because even this is fantasy book many people can relate to this. The author uses characters that you can naturally see all around you. Harry Potter is an orphan that long for a family and found real friends and family. Hermione Granger can be called a nerd girl, a book works a very intelligent that love protecting her friends. Ron Weisely came from a poor but loving family he manages to be a very happy with his friends and family even some kids bully him for being poor. Reading the Harry Potter book series will enhance your imagination.
