“Remember, no storm last forever. Hold on! Be Brave! Have faith! Every storm is temporary and we are never alone.” ( unknown author). Surprisingly, life is full of so many memories, some goods some bad. Orphan Train is an example of how life can be extremely hard and sometimes without an exit but there is always hope in the most difficult times. Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline, it is a lovely novel about the search for family that also happens to illuminate a fascinating and forgotten chapter of American history. I loved this novel because it is absorbing back and forth story, this book wrecked my heart and made me learn to love my family and appreciate what I have now and what I have done. I liked this story because it taught me how courage, patience, and hope are perfect to combination to achieve success.

First, reason for why I liked this novel is because it taught me to be patient. Vivian had so many problems in her life, that I never thought that little girl would ever had. Since Vivian was an orphan girl she had to meet new people that were supposed to be her new parents foster parents. She had like five or six foster parents, some of them knew how to take care of her but others did not care at all about her. Also, she had to be in different places which is hard because moving to place to place makes you eel like in depression. Even though she spent meeting new parents (family) and in different places she had the patience to understand and wait till the perfect moment. Learning patience can be difficult experience but once conquered you will find is easier.

Additionally, another reason for why I loved it is the courage that we have but we do not know how to prove it. During the time that we have Vivian was with different parents sadly she was she was raped one by of the her foster dad Vivian was between 9 and ten years. Also she suffers so many acorns because because the way she looked and her past. One of the feeling that she felt was loneliness because when she was raped, when they made me her feel less she didn’t have no one to vent her tears with. Although she suffers raped and contempt, loneliness she never give up and showed that’s life takes hard blows but we have to have courage to get up and move on. You know sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage and embarrassing bravery and sometimes great will come of it.

In addition last but not least, my favorite lesson hoe and faith. Vivian lived so many bad and painful things that over years life rewarded her with a good family. During the time Vivian was in the train she had a friend named Dutchy, who is her truly love. Dutchy and Vivian were separated when Dutchy was adopted in Chicago by a foster parents.many years went by until the day they met again and their love still alive and they decided to be together. Also apart from finding a good and lovely family and the love of her life Vivian has the opportunity to study and be a professional that was what she always dreamed. I felt that vivan teach me that there will always be hope and bad and painful moments never last forever. Hope is being able to see light despite all of the darkness.

Orphan Train is a book that talks about a orphan girl that didn’t have her parents alive. She travels in a train with other orphan children but she had one in special named Dutchy. During the time she traveled in the train she had to stop in different places to coexist with different kind of foster parents Vivian didn’t have an easy and happy childhood because she suffers so much but it’s incredible that she never give up and she always see a light in the most darkness night. Also she demonstrate that having hope is a special key to life, because things don’t last forever. In conclusion orphan train is a great book that I highly recommend people to read because it’s an example on how life can change you from one extreme to the other no matter how bad the situation is patience, courage and hope are things that makes you stronger and that’s why this book teach us and I why I like it.
