What can you expect in the coming weeks?
We will be sending our customers a series of email communications to detail the status of their Keevo shipment. Each email will be accompanied by an informative graphic letting them know their current step in the process:
If any pre-order customers who signed up to receive an early release Keevo have not yet received an email from us, please write to us directly at support@keevowallet.com and let us know. We really need the correct shipping information to ensure your Keevo arrives on-time and to the right address.
The email you receive from us will contain your order number and a link to view your order confirmation page. Simply click the button, enter your order number and the email address which was used to place your initial pre-order and verify or update your information.
For any changes or updates that need to be made to your order, please send an email to support@keevowallet.com.
Soon, the Keevo will be available to everyone.
Our initial batch of pre-order Keevos will be sent first and once they have been fulfilled and our customers satisfied, we will be opening up our doors to the general public. If you didn’t get a pre-order, not to worry; this will be coming soon. To make sure you can get notified and can order your Keevo when we launch, please sign up for our waitlist in the popup on our website. Act quickly. Our first batch will be relatively small and orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
