Currently, the clip wallet is not supported for Kenome’s CG content.
If you are using a clip wallet, please change it. We will continuously test for the clip wallet usage and if it is available in the future we will give further notice. I hope all the Kenome holders play CG contents safely.
Recently, there were cases of non-recoverable payment errors during the contract, so please be aware of that. When the NFTs are deposited wrongly into the contract, Kenome has no right to access the property as it is not ours. Consequently, please make sure before choosing the wallet address before the confirmation.
- The contract address is the same as the public safe (the address shared by certain affiliated tokens) rather than the private safe (a specific private address).
- The non-existence of private keys is like not providing keys for individuals who use the public safe.
- As everyone who has the personal key can access the public safe, the private key for the contract address must be protected.
Kenome will stick to strict security policies for asset safety. We hope you understand that recovery support will not be available due to the security risk.
