Confidant now offers a special offer of life-time free account that allows prospective users to get a sense of the Confidant platform.
With an assigned account distributed from a Confidant station hosted by the team, the user accesses instantly to the private cloud storage of 20G, encrypted IM and email client that connects multiple email accounts across services.
Once you own a Confidant account, you are immediately connected to the whole Confidant network and are free to talk to anyone on your Confidant contact list.

1. Go to the application portal and sign up
Go to https://myconfidant.io/free-account
Provide your email address for receiving the account QR code, your location information is needed for later use when optimizing the using experience.
2. Get your account QR code
After ‘Reserve my account’, there will be a confirmation email sent to your email, click on the link to go to the page that displays your unique account QR code.
You shall either save the QR code or revisit the page to access to your code.
- Once your account is activated with one mobile device, the account QR codes becomes invalid and can not be used to register with another device. Please register with a new email address when you need another account.
3. Activate the account
Make sure Confidant app has been installed on your mobile.
You can either scan or import the account QR code to join the circle.
- Open up Confidant,
- Scan your account QR code by clicking on the ‘Scan’ icon in the top right corner of the landing screen
- Log in to your account to get started!
Attention: Please note this account can be used for life-time free, however, there can be data loss due to the power outage of the Confidant Station, or system malfunction while your data is uploaded or stored. Confidant will not be liable for your data loss, we recommend you to purchase a Confidant Station and have it in operation to fully own and manage your data.
