About QLC Chain
QLC Chain is the public chain for Network-as-a-Service (NaaS). QLC Chain supports each account to have its own chain of ledger integrated with telecom service capabilities, named the multi-dimensional block-lattice structured ledger.

QLC Chain implementation can support telecom services, especially for 5G network:

  1. Distributed security (e.g. digital ID authentication, privacy encryption, and on-premise storage)
  2. Distributed billing (e.g. trusted billing, anti-fraud billing and carrier billing)
  3. P2P addressing (digital identity based on IPv6, and chord network optimization).
