1. QLC Chain officially joins MEF

QLC Chain officially joined MEF (Metro Ethernet Forum) https://www.mef.net/ on Feb 24th, building a Service Chain for Information and Communications Technology Service Providers, to achieve, and to provide near-real-time self-organizing data-on-demand services to end customers.

MEF is an industry association of 200+ member companies that includes AT&T, Cisco, Sprint, China Telecom, China Unicom, T-Mobile, Huawei among many others. MEF is the driving force enabling agile, assured, and orchestrated communication services.

2. The cooperation between QLC Chain and a leading Hong Kong operator on the QLC Chain-based settlement platform has entered into the stage of product deployment.

3. QLC Chain offers the Itinerary Check tool supporting travel records query and blockchain-based proofs

In response to the global COVID-19 virus outbreak, QLC Chain joins the global collective efforts in containing the fast-spreading epidemic by offering a new tool named ‘Itinerary Check’ built in its product Q-wallet.

The tool supports itinerary check by integrating the travel itinerary SMS provided by the mobile operators, and generates a blockchain-based proof of the users’ travel records.

As the number of infected with the coronavirus continues to increase across the globe, travelers are having their itineraries inspected by border officials.

To help contain the continual global spread of the virus, Q-Wallet looks to integrate more counter-Covid-19 services provided by the mobile operators and other service sectors on a global scale.

4. QLC Chain Allen conducted an AMA with the @CryptooIndia community on 22nd Feb regarding QLC Chain’s roadmap

The AMA lasted nearly 2 hours in the CryptoIndia telegram community with around 35 questions raised by blockchain enthusiasts. QLC Chain looks to grow the community and bring its solutions and products to a wider range of users and industry partners.

5. 3rd round of voting power delegation to the shortlisted voting nodes

Another round of voting power delegation to the newly shortlisted voting nodes is now in process. There have been a few previously shortlisted node runners disqualified due to their delay in setting up nodes. There will be the other eligible applicants shortlisted based on their application time, and filling up the corresponding spots.

Please pay close attention to the progress of voting power delegation by following the QLC Chain Twitter where the team will update and initiate the next round of shortlisting.
