Kiali Mid-Sprint Bonus — Multi-Mesh Service Graph

We’re in the middle of sprint 6 for the Kiali project and it’s going well. Kiali is a project for observing your Istio-based service meshes on Kubernetes or OpenShift. One thing users have been asking for is the ability to view multiple service meshes in one combined graph. We’ve updated things to make the default service graph view show all your meshes together, and then you can drill down into a specific namespace as desired. Here’s an example of a combined mesh with one mesh highlighted…

We can drill down into that mesh and take a closer look…

And once we’ve located a service we’re really interested in we can drill into it’s full detail view via the link in the summary to the right…
