Kiali releases 1.78 to 1.83: Features update
Hello Kiali community! I’m Leandro and I will be continuing the Kiali feature update blog posts, taking over from Hayk Hovsepyan. Thanks Hayk for the awesome job you’ve done keeping the community updated. I know it’s been a while since the last one, so apologize for that! Hopefully future posts will be more frequent!

Kiali now supports Istio’s Multi-Primary deployment model:

We have been working on a new plugin for Backstage:
We’ve also introduced a new entity view for namespaces:
Istio Ambient Improvements
We are improving Kiali troubleshooting capabilities, adding the corresponding ztunnel logs for pods. With this new feature the ztunnel logs related to a pod can be visualized as follows:
