This is the second in a series of special talks between our CEO Dai (living in Japan) and Laura, who is originally from Spain but now lives in the Philippines. This time, a short talk about hiring under COVID-19.

Dai:
A fantastic opportunity for hiring. And in the markets, like a very high level people is available in the market to hire. So, I mean, for us, like a company owner, it’s yeah, we should be more active about hiring the people in Asia or people in EU or U.S. Maybe high level people are available.

Nowadays this year like 2021, we don’t care where the client, we don’t care where the employer, we don’t care the locations. So that’s another opportunity for the future.

Laura:
The world is changing. So we just have to change with it.

Dai:
Yeah, negativity makes positivity.
