The kidTECH Micro-Conference
On May 31, 2018, we will be hosting our third kidTECH event in London. You can register for free at www.kidtech.show.
Our first event was in Tel Aviv last year, and was followed a few months later with an event in San Francisco. Each event was unique and embodied something of the region it was held in. Each event was intentionally small and this proved to be one the conferences biggest strengths. There are some wonderful events attended by thousands of people, but these events don’t necessarily create space for practical and intimate conversations about the immediate challenges the industry is facing. The micro-conference allows us to adapt the agenda right up to the day of the event, so as to be highly relevant. It also allows for attendees to interact more organically with the presenters, and with each other.
kidTECH London will be held in the wonderful Queen Elizebeth II Centre in the St. James room. We have Dylan Collins of SuperAwesome talking about the state of the industry, Ashley Samay of Lingokids talking about UI/UX design principles for children’s apps, a panel about how physical digital toys are building up a creator class of children, a panel with VCs sharing what they’re actually looking for, and much more. You can see the evolving agenda here. Of course, we also have a session dedicated to GDPR, just six days after it comes into effect.
The kids’ tech space is really something else in London. The number of companies doing really incredible things in this town is something to be proud of. But even beyond the banks of the Thames, we have companies attending from all over Europe. We’d love for you to join us, and, again, attendance is free!
