We are now Kift — New Name, Same Mission

Today, I’m excited to share some news with our community: We are now Kift! We’re still the same team, on the same mission to create a more sustainable, flexible, and meaningful way to live and work from anywhere, while enjoying all the comforts of home. We can’t wait to continue our journey with you as Kift.

When I started this company, I envisioned offering a new way of life, combining the freedom of vanlife, the ability to pivot and change plans on a dime, pick up and move wherever and whenever — with the deep and grounding connection of intentional and inclusive community. Today, we’re closer than ever to realizing that vision.

Our team has been working hard over the last several months, preparing our flagship locations across the West, meeting and getting to know the members of our community, building out our van and clubhouse network, and creating the technology infrastructure that will bring us all together.

Kift is nothing without its community — and in just a few short months, I’ve been blown away by how many out there share our vision of a more flexible and dynamic way to live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the planet. These fellow travelers are long-time vanlifers and roadtrip newbies alike, artists and engineers, rock climbers and urban dwellers whose stories and experiences have helped us shape our vision for this community, and whose warmth and passion will be what binds it together in the long term.

So what comes next? We’ll continue to post updates as we get ready to open up sites, get people on the road, and come together to celebrate as a community. Make sure to take a moment to follow us @kiftlife so you don’t miss out.

I’m so proud of what we’re building together with Kift — and this is only the beginning.
